Ready to recycle your old ticket printer?
We will pay all shipping charges (within the continental United States) and provide you with a $10.00 to $50.00 credit towards your future custom ticket purchases for each printer returned. The credit will depend upon the model, age and condition of the printer.

How to recycle your printer?
Send an email to ted@bocasystems.com containing your name, email and shipping address. Please indicate the total number of printers that you wish to return, along with the serial number of each printer. We will contact you with instructions on how to return the printers to us.

Help the environment
Every printer returned to us will be dismantled and disposed of in accordance with government regulations. Whenever possible, we attempt to re-use any parts that might contribute to repairing other printers. Aluminum and other recyclable materials will be recycled locally.
